Chris Brown Spotted Kissing And Embracing Nicole Scherzinger At A Hollywood Nightclub

Chris Brown has been spotted kissing former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger at a party in Los Angeles, though she is in a relationship with Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton.

The "X Factor" UK Judge hosted an event with Brown at nightspot Supperclub, and in photos, the two can be seen embracing and at one point appear to be kissing on the lips. Both Scherzinger and Brown were casually dressed, with Scherzinger wearing a hat, shredded shirt and jeans, and Brown wearing jeans and a plain white T-shirt.

"They were dancing close for a while and being all touchy-feely and finally Chris leaned into her. She put her head on his shoulder and they started kissing!" a source inside the club told X17. "I couldn't believe Chris was being so obvious about it!"

It is unclear if he is still with girlfriend Karreuche Tran, who did not seem happy after Brown and Rihanna kissed at the MTV VMA Awards. After the incident, the model, who has been with Brown for over a year, posted a picture on her account saying, "Treat Your Girl Right."

Earlier Tran tweeted, "You can't expect the best when you're not giving your best."

Meanwhile, this week, Chris Brown failed a drug test after testing positive for marijuana. At the time, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg did not find him in violation of his probation, which stems from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

However, Judge Schnegg scheduled a hearing on Nov. 1 to decide whether or not she will charge him with violating probation.

Prior to Brown’s progress report hearing, Rihanna tweeted to him, “I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today!” Brown replied, “thank u so much.”

Now, RadarOnline is reporting that Rihanna is willing to go to court and support her ex-love.

"Rihanna has spoken to Chris since his progress reporting hearing on Monday afternoon and offered her continued support. Rihanna told Chris she would go to court on November 1 for his court appearance and tell Judge Patricia Schnegg that she shouldn't set a hearing to decide if he violated terms of his probation because he has accepted responsibility for his actions and has apologized to RiRi on multiple occasions," a source told the gossip site.
