Danica Patrick assures herself that she got her back following her breakup from Aaron Rodgers.

A few weeks ago, several outlets confirmed that Patrick and Rodgers had already separated. Now that she's single, Patrick is focusing her energy on her wellness and has been practicing emotional therapy. On Sunday, she shared on social media a message she had for herself while doing it.

"In class you put your hand on your heart and lower stomach (sacral) to reset the body between moves. ......Today I put my left hand on my stomach.... and the back of my right hand on my back, surrounding the solar plexus chakra, and all I heard was - I got you, I always have. That is the main chakra that lights up on me in life," she wrote on Instagram.

"We all 'got' ourselves WAY more than we give ourselves credit for, that was the message for me today anyway. I mean..... we got this far didn’t we friends?!!!!"

Patrick shared that she started doing emotional therapy last week after her friend Heather Nielsen said she was "loving it." After doing a few classes together, Patrick realized she loves it, too.

"It’s emotional therapy through moving the body, breath, and acknowledging what comes up," she wrote.

Patrick and Rogers dated for over two years. They were first spotted dining at a restaurant in Green Bay, Wisconsin after Christmas 2017. The sight sparked romantic rumors between the two, Us Weekly reported.

In January 2018, their relationship was confirmed. However, the two have known each other for years because they met in 2012 at the ESPY Awards.

"We both remember meeting each other, it was quick," Patrick told Jenny McCarthy's SiriusXM show in May 2018.

"I got his email address, and I remember thinking to myself, ‘Oh, not a phone number? Just an email address?’"

The former NASCAR driver and NFL player eventually reunited.

"We kept in touch a little bit, and there were some years we didn’t talk to each other, and then some every now and again, but it wasn’t until obviously recently that we actually had phone numbers. We referred to each other as Chicago and Green Bay — it was very cute," Patrick shared.
