‘Digimon Adventure’ Episode 60 Promo, Spoilers: Joe Vs Olegmon

Joe is set to challenge the leader of the pirate crew in "Digimon Adventure" Episode 60. The new episode is titled "Vikemon Ventures the Glaciers."

The official promo trailer of "Digimon Adventure" Episode 60 shows Olegmon and Joe facing each other. Joe’s pride as a leader is on the line as he challenges Olegmon to a battle.

Twitter user Wikimon has shared the synopsis of the upcoming episode revealing Joe and Gomamon’s next challenger.

Joe needs to wear his leader hat and save the hot springs from freezing. The hot springs have dried up and Joe decides to head south to find a legendary paradise.

Later, Joe and Gomamon meet with Mimi and Palmon -- who happen to be in the same region. The Chosen Children and their Digimon continue to head toward the southern region.

However, they come under attack when a Digimon named Olegmon ambushes them with his crew.

“The hot springs where Joe and Gomamon stayed at have completely dried up due to an unexplained phenomenon. At the rate things stand, all of the Digimon that live at the hot springs will freeze. As a leader, Joe decides to head for a legendary paradise that is said to be in the South,” read the synopsis of Episode 60.

“Along the way, they join up with Mimi and Palmon, who they just happen to come across, and they continue their journey. However, they get attacked by a pirate crew led by Olegmon, and Joe gets taken, prisoner. Can he escape from this big pinch, and safely lead everyone to the southern paradise!? Joe's true merit as a leader gets put to the test!” the synopsis continued.

The cast of "Digimon Adventure" anime includes Yuko Sanpei as Taichi Yagami, Yumiko Kobayashi as Koshiro Izumi, Ryoko Shiraishi as Sora Takenouchi, Takeshi Kusao as Jou Kido, Misaki Watada as Hikari Yagami, Marika Kono as Mimi Tachikawa, Megumi Han as Takeru Takaishi, Atori Shigematsu as Piyomon, Chika Sakamoto as Agumon, Junko Takeuchi as Gomamon, Daisuke Namikawa as Yamato Ishida, Mayumi Yamaguchi as Gabumon, Mie Sonozaki as Tailmon, Miwa Matsumoto as Patamon, Takahiro Sakurai as Tentomon and Ryotaro Okiayu as Devimon.
