The last week of September is thrilling for TV fans. So many new shows will premiere, and lots of fan favorite programs are returning. Here’s what’s new on TV on Monday, Sept. 24.

CBS will kick off the final season of “The Big Bang Theory.” The Season 12 premiere will follow Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy’s (Mayim Bialik) honeymoon mishaps in New York, but back at home, Penny and Leonard are concerned that they’re a little too much like Amy’s parents (Teller and Kathy Bates). Also, Neil deGrasse Tyson guest stars after Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar) gets into a fight with him on Twitter.
