The third-quarter accident report for theme parks in the state of Florida has been released by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The report is a requirement by the state for permanent facilities that have 1,000 or more full-time employees, including in-house safety inspectors. Here’s a look at the accidents that occurred at the state’s theme parts.

Busch Gardens

  • No injuries reported.

Animal Kingdom

  • 83-year-old male injured his hip while entering the Na’vi River Journey attraction.
  • 41-year-old female had a seizure after experiencing the Expedition Everest attraction.
  • 45-year-old female felt ill with a migraine and vomiting after riding the Expedition Everest attraction.

Epcot

  • 34-year-old male with a history of motion sickness fell ill after riding Mission: Space.

Hollywood Studios

  • 40-year-old male with a pre-existing medical condition had a seizure and fell after riding the Star Tours.

Magic Kingdom

  • 69-year-old female with a pre-existing medical condition had a seizure after experiencing the Under the Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid attraction.
  • 75-year-old male fell during loading of the Tomorrowland Speedway, suffering multiple abrasions and contusions.
  • Four-year-old male with a pre-existing medical condition had a seizure after experiencing the Peter Pan’s Flight attraction.

Typhoon Lagoon

  • 44-year-old female had sudden memory loss at the Castaway Creek attraction.

Universal

  • 47-year-old male reported numbness at the Punga Racers attraction.
  • 62-year-old-female had motion sickness at Dr. Doom’s Fearfall attraction.
  • 65-year-old male reported back pain at the Revenge of the Mummy attraction.

Legoland

  • 32-year-old pregnant female complained of lower back pain radiating to her abdomen after riding the Masters of Flight attraction.

SeaWorld

  • 56-year-old female had an elbow injury at the Ray Rush attraction.
