Fossil got so excited for its own reveal of its upcoming smartwatch that it already leaked the device’s details over on its website.

In a tweet last week, watch company Fossil announced that “something big is coming Monday.” The caption is accompanied by a six-second video showing “dots” that move and turn into “bars” in sync with a very familiar voice that said “coming soon.”

Before Monday would arrive, however, the watch company already made the big reveal on its Australian website. According to an eagle-eyed redditor, Fossil accidentally revealed its 5th-gen smartwatch on the website, complete with details it planned to reveal Monday.

According to Fossil’s website, its 5th-gen smartwatch features “tech that talks back.” The watch company embedded a speaker on the new smartwatch and added the Google Assistant to it so that it will tell its users how the weather is, remind them of their schedules or appointments, read their translations, and more.

The new smartwatch also allows Android phone users to answer calls right there on the watch. Wearers can also listen to their favorite music via the watch as well.

Other features

Of course, the speaker and the Google Assistant aren’t the only things Fossil’s new smartwatch features. It is powered by a Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor, has 8 GB onboard storage for apps and music, and features some “smart battery modes” that can extend “battery life for multiple days,” the watch company promised.

Without giving specifics, Fossil’s website also indicated that its 5th-gen smartwatch features an “improved heart-rate sensor” that’s “battery efficient;” and features some waterproofing that will allow users to “wash … hands, jump into the shower or hit the pool without fear,” the company also promised.

Fossil also added that its new 5th-gen smartwatch will be capable of running “hundreds” of available apps on Google Play. These apps include Nike Run Club, Spotify for music, Noonlight, Cardiogram, and more.

Lastly, Fossil said the new smartwatch also gives features Notifications and Customisable Dials; can do Sleep Tracking and Activity Tracking; can be used as an Untethered GPS; and can be used with Google Pay, Watch Apps, and Google Fit.
