Winter is coming and so is a brand new season of HBO's "Game of Thrones." The network released a promo previewing what's to come from their original shows in 2016 and the video features the first shown footage of Season 6. Although Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) can't be seen in the brief clips, some of the show's key players are featured.

The video clips are very short, but it gives fans a little sneak peek to build excitement for the the drama's return in April. Here are three things "Game of Thrones" fans should keep an eye out for:

1. Daenerys Disheveled

Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) might be in trouble when Season 6 begins. Drogon saved Daenerys from an attack by the Sons of the Harpy, but the dragon flew her to the middle of nowhere and stopped to rest. In the Season 5 finale, Daenerys was last shown being surrounded by Dothraki, the people of her late husband Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa). It's unclear what kind of intentions the Dothraki will have for their former Queen, but odds are they won't be good. In the video, Daenerys appears shaken up while looking at something in the distance.

2. Ramsay Bolton On The Move

Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon), arguably the most evil character on the show, should be out for more blood this April. His wife, Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), finally escaped his clutches along with Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen). Bolton has made threats to both of them and warned them never to leave him. It's fair to say Bolton will be out trying to hunt down both Sansa and Theon as he is shown in the video looking determined on top of a horse with the Bolton banners flapping in the wind.

3. Cersei Reunited With Tommen

Following her long walk of shame, Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) will finally be back by the side of her beloved son and King of Westeros, Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman). With her hair still very short, Cersei is shown hugging her son after she was taken away by the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce). The former Queen will be out for revenge in Season 6 and she'll have plenty of help now that the Mountain has been resurrected into a Frankenstein-like monster.
