Shiloh believes his luck is changing, and he will be able to flee from Port Charles, but on the Thursday, Sept. 26 episode of “General Hospital,” Jason and Sam will threaten his chance at freedom.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) tells Jason (Steve Burton) he has waited so long for this moment. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Chase (Josh Swickard) brings a stretcher into the hospital.

In the previous episode, Jason shot Shiloh before he could sexually assault Sam (Kelly Monaco). The cult leader fell to the floor, and the couple assumed he would stay down. Sam then headed to the control room to steer the Haunted Star back to the pier.

While Jason was left alone, he looked at the view while holding on to the railing. However, Shiloh appeared with an ax and swung at him. Although he missed, the two men struggled until Shiloh managed to trip Jason and push him to the floor.

It appears Shiloh will get the upper hand, but will Sam ending up saving Jason from the Dawn of Day leader?

Sam and Jason have a long history of saving one another just in the nick of time. Although Sam will be busy steering the ship, she may hear the commotion and investigate what’s going on. If she sees Jason in trouble, there’s no doubt she’ll do whatever she can to rescue him.

Chase is expected to bring someone into the hospital, but will the person be alive, or will viewers see the death of a “GH” character?
