Sam thought the truth about Shiloh’s death would convince a judge that she was innocent of murder, but her plan failed. On the Thursday, Nov. 21 episode of “General Hospital,” Jason will reach out to Carly to talk about his future with Sam.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Jason (Steve Burton) tells Carly (Laura Wright) he should have killed Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) from the start. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Carly will comfort Jason.

In the previous episode, Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason were thrilled when the judge found her not guilty of premeditation in Shiloh’s death. However, their smiles quickly disappeared after the judge found Sam guilty of manslaughter and negligent homicide.

Since Shiloh was shot in the back, and the judge suspected Jason could have defended himself, she didn’t believe Sam’s only option was to kill the Dawn of day leader. Sam was sentenced to two years, and the judge revealed she would recommend early release to the parole board.

It appears Sam’s sentence will overwhelm Jason and make him feel guilty about not killing Shiloh when he first started to cause trouble. Carly has always found a way to get through to Jason during some of the most difficult moments in his life, but will she be able to help him work through his guilt over Sam’s sentence?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Hayden (Rebecca Budig) asks Anna (Finola Hughes) if she is still getting married to Finn (Michael Easton). “GH” spoilers reveal Anna doesn’t trust Hayden.

Anna suspects Hayden is still in love with Finn and realizes she will be a permanent presence in their life because of Violet. Will Hayden try to gain Anna’s trust, or will Anna realize she needs to get Hayden out of Finn’s life?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
