The week-long premiere of "Girl Meets World" is just days away and Disney has finally released the first trailer. The new season of “Girl Meets World” is just around the corner and this one is going to be good. The first look at the Disney channel series suggests viewers can expect to see the entire cast from the pilot season, plus a few old favorites, returning for Season 2.

The first commercial for the new season, which kicks off with a special week long premiere on May 11, re-acquaints viewers with Eric Matthews, played by Will Friedle, and Mr. Feeny, played by William Daniels. According to TV Line, Mr. Feeny will appear in the first of the five new episodes, while Eric doesn’t show up until the last. Friedle will reassume his “Plays With Squirrels” persona, last seen in Season 7, episode 16 of “Boy Meets World.” The site reports that his primary role will be to settle a feud between niece Riley Matthews and her best friend Maya Hart.

It was previously revealed that “Girl Meets World” also plans to bring back Anthony Tyler Quinn, who played Mr. Turner on “Boy Meets World.” Friedle tweeted a hilarious photo of the pair earlier this month, presumably taken on set.

Although he does not appear in the premiere week promo, we previously reported that Quinn had signed on to be a guest star on the show. He is slated to appear in an episode titled, “Girl Meets New Teacher.” It is not yet clear when in the season that will air.

“Girl Meets World” Season 2 premieres May 11 at 8:30 p.m EDT and will continue airing new episodes through May 15 on Disney Channel. Watch the first official trailer below:
