It’s been a wild season of “Grey’s Anatomy.” The ABC series will wrap up its chaotic 11th installment with its finale on Thursday. And, according to the promotional video for episode 25, “You’re My Home,” it will leave viewers in shock.

“With a season like this, no one can predict what happens next,” the vague trailer teases.

A lot has happened during the season: Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) began a relationship and then ended it, Dr. Herman (Geena Davis) barely survived a tumor deemed terminal, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) was killed in a horrific car crash, and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) had a baby!

With all that, we can’t even imagine what Shonda Rhimes, the medical drama’s mastermind, has up her scrub sleeve for the Season 11 finale. However, the synopsis did give us a taste of the delicious disorder to come in “You’re My Home.”

“As the doctors continue to tackle an unfathomable crisis, they are reminded of what is important and brought closer together on the season finale ‘Grey's Anatomy,’” the summary explains.

In episode 24, audiences watched as April (Sarah Drew) brought a victim of the collapsed tunnel -- crushed in his vehicle by debris -- to the hospital to give him a fighting chance of survival. She previously dubbed him a “black tag” because of his critical condition, but her time overseas and Meredith’s words stuck with her.

She believed that if he were closer to the hospital, he might survive. So, April had the totaled vehicle picked up and brought straight to Grey Sloan Memorial so the new father could see his baby.

This incident will reportedly bring the doctors together. Does that mean Meredith and Amelia will end their feud? Amelia finally lashed out at her sister-in-law during episode 24, revealing how she really felt about Mer taking her brother off life support without even consulting her.

“How could you unplug him without letting me know?” Amelia asked, tearing up at the thought that she was unable to say goodbye to her beloved sibling.

Meredith has watched many around her perish. Hopefully, she can patch things up with Amelia so she doesn’t lose someone else she cares about.

The Season 11 finale of “Grey’s Anatomy” will be shown on ABC Thursday, May 14, at 8 p.m. EDT.
