The family home of Gwen Stefani and her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale has dropped in price again after being on the market for two years. Stefani and Rossdale lived in the home at the time of their marriage, which ended in 2015. They have three boys together.

The home, which initially listed at $35 million, has been reduced to $24.995 million and offers buyers the ability to “live like a rock star,” in the listing, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The home sits at 15,000 square feet and also includes a guesthouse as well as seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a covered lounge, patio with wet bar, and outdoor fireplace. An infinity pool completes the outdoor living space, which sprawls two acres and has lighted tennis court.

Other details of the home, which is located in a gated community just north of Beverly Hills, include black and white stripped cabinets set in a modern kitchen with center island, skylight, and stainless appliances. The home also includes a formal dining room, theater, gym, and two offices as well as three stone fireplaces.

The property sold for $13.25 million in 2006 and is being listed by Craig Knizek of the Agency and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker, according to the news outlet.

Stefani is currently dating country singer Blake Shelton and has reprised her role on “The Voice” as a judge opposite Shelton. Rossdale is the lead singer of the band Bush.
