‘Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets’ Isn’t Streaming On Netflix, Here’s 7 Places To Watch

Fifteen years ago, the sequel to the widely popular first “Harry Potter” film premiered in theaters. Potterheads are likely going to want to commemorate the anniversary of the release of “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” on Nov. 14 by watching the 2002 film.

Unfortunately for those with a Netflix account, the movie doesn’t appear to be streaming on the platform. However, there are several other places to watch online.

YouTube- The video-sharing site has several ways to watch “Chamber of Secrets.” Standard definition rentals costs $2.99 and $9.99 to purchase, while HD versions cost $3.99 to rent and $12.99 to buy. Fans can also purchase the film through YouTube in Ultra HD for $29.99.

Amazon Video- Lovers of author J.K. Rowling’s material can rent the movie in HD or standard definition for $3.99 and buy it for $14.99. Rental purchasers have 30 days to watch and 48 hours after first viewing.

VUDU- You can rent the film in Ultra HD from VUDU for $3.99. The site also offers standard and regular HD viewing options for the same price. Those looking to purchase the film can get the Ultra HD copy for $14.99.

Google Play- Google offers standard definition rentals for $2.99 and sells the SD version of the movie for just under $10. The HD version will cost you $3.99 to rent and $12.99 to purchase. Rentals expire in 30 days after purchase or two days after your first play.

iTunes- Buying “Chamber of Secrets” from iTunes in SD won’t save you any money. The film rents and sells for $3.99 and $14.99, respectively, on the platform.

DirectTV- An extended version of the movie is available to rent for $3.99 and buy for $14.99 on the site. Customers who log on with their AT&T account can also ask the service to record the film for them when it airs.

On TV- If you’re willing to wait to watch the “Potter” classic, Freeform will be airing the film twice in November. Viewers can tune in on Friday, Nov. 24, at 4 p.m. EST and Saturday, Nov. 25, at 10:30 a.m.

Come next year, “Potter” fans may find it a little easier to stream the franchise. In January 2018, HBOGo and HBO Now, which is free to HBO subscribers, will start streaming all eight of the action-adventure flicks. Sounds like a magical year is upon us!
