Kelly Clarkson's divorce from Brandon Blackstock has been finalized, nearly two years after they called it quits.

As part of the settlement, the 39-year-old singer, who filed for divorce from Blackstock in June 2020 after seven years of marriage, agreed to pay her ex-husband just over $1.3 million as a one-time payment, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

The “American Idol” winner will also pay $45,601 per month in child support for their two children, River Rose, 7, and Remington Alexander, 5, until they are 18 years old. The child support payments started on Feb. 1.

In addition to the massive one-time payment, Clarkson will also be paying Blackstock $115,000 in spousal support every month until Jan. 31, 2024, the documents said.

This amount is lower than the previous spousal support Clarkson was ordered to pay Blackstock last year, which was $150,000 per month, in addition to the $45,601 per month for child support.

As part of the settlement, Clarkson and Blackstock also divided properties and assets.

Clarkson is getting their two Montana properties and another house in Toluca Lake in Los Angeles, California.

Blackstock, who currently lives in her Montana ranch, will pay Clarkson $2,000 in rent monthly until he vacates the property on or before June 1.

Several other important items are also going to Clarkson, including the family’s pets, a baby grand piano and several cars, including a pick-up truck, a Ford Bronco, a Ford F-250 and a Porsche Cayenne.

Blackstock will get some important assets as well, including "farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs and horses," and multiple vehicles including a Ford F-350, a Ford F-250, an ATV and several CAT snowmobiles. He will also walk away with a golf simulator and a couple of Patek Philippe watches.

The former couple agreed on having joint custody of their children, who will live at Clarkson’s residence in Los Angeles. They also agreed that the kids will fly private every time they will see their father until they are vaccinated.

Clarkson will make a “reimbursement” payment of $50,000 to Blackstock for the private air travel of their two children.

Currently, Clarkson’s net worth is estimated to be around $45 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Aside from her income from concert tours and record sales, Clarkson also earns royalties from the children’s books she authored, "River Rose and the Magical Lullaby" and "River Rose and the Magical Christmas."

Clarkson also makes money from her TV appearances and other endeavors. She currently appears in a number of shows, including "The Voice" and "The Kelly Clarkson Show," and has done voice acting for animated films such as "The Star" and "Trolls World Tour."
