Prey
'Prey' is an upcoming first-person shooter from developer Arkane Studios. Bethesda

Bethesda’s latest title Prey demo will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 starting April 27.

You can download the demo in the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store starting at 12 a.m. The demo will feature the first hour of Morgan Yu’s story aboard the Talos I station. There you will unlock the mysteries of how the Typhon were able to escape the containment centers. Yu will be able to pick up neuromods to help you along the way. Don’t worry, it’ll make sense once you dive in. Here’s a brief description of Prey:

“Morgan Yu is about to have a very bad day. Aliens have escaped containment, dead bodies now litter the hallways of the Talos I space station, survivors are huddled together for safety, and the Typhon aliens are threatening to destroy everything you hold dear. As Morgan, you’ll have to fight the invasion in order to save humanity. But it all begins with what should have been a typical first day on the job for Morgan. And now you can experience the game’s thrilling first hour in the console-exclusive demo for Prey. But first check out the latest trailer showing Prey in action.”

It’s definitely worth the try. Bethesda boasts Talos will feel like a huge sandbox to play in. Whether you play as more human or alien, you’ll experience something really unique every time you play Prey. Check out more information about Prey on Bethesda’s official site here.

Prey will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on May 5.

Correction: Bethesda changed the Prey demo release time and game will now be live at 11 a.m. on April 27.
