SOUHAYLA SOUHAYLA

Souhayla, the founder and CEO of House of Bratz, started her entrepreneurial journey when she was just 20 years old. Today, the House of Bratz boasts of successful operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Dubai. Souhayla has grown her business from scratch into an empire. At a young age, she discovered that she was very good at marketing and could easily make something out of nothing. With that in mind, she opened her enterprise and applied her marketing skills. And hence, the continuous growth of her company over the last seven years.

Souhayla's goal is to provide a service and deliver an experience. She takes pride in her business and terms it as a brand. She is a perfect example of starting small and gradually growing. Often, women in entrepreneurship are underestimated in how much they can achieve. But Souhayla is here to prove that wrong. Currently, her business operates internationally and serves clients worldwide, a remarkable achievement. And not many can operate at such levels. She also recently opened another House of Bratz branch's fifth location.

It was very challenging because she had no support at the beginning. She had no money to hire staff, forcing her to work long hours to ensure everything was completed. She found herself working all the time and hardly had any time for either herself or her family or friends. However, realized that she needed to take good care of herself to be a good entrepreneur. She then hired a life coach who helped her balance her work and rest.

For aspiring entrepreneurs, Souhayla encourages them to do something they are passionate about. Just start bit by bit. And with time, your small investments will grow. She says that it is also not wise to compare yourself to well-established companies. You should, however, remember that all these companies had a starting point too. The journey will never be a smooth ride. Don't dare give up when you come across bumps. The hardships you face will serve as lessons and propel you forward in your journey. She urges everyone to always believe in themselves and not others because not everyone understands your vision.

In the future, she plans to open more branches internationally and become a globally renowned brand. She also wants to share her knowledge with fellow women and show them what she has learned throughout her journey. Generally, she plans to be more involved in female entrepreneurship and empowerment.
