Jeremy Renner and his estranged wife Sonni Pacheco have settled a custody battle for their 2-year-old daughter, according to media reports. The two will reportedly share legal and physical custody of Ava Berlin Renner.

The Oscar-nominated actor will pay Pacheco $13,000 every month in child support. The settlement filing reportedly stated that neither of the two could "make derogatory or insulting remarks" about each other or their families in front of the child. They are also restricted from "arguing, yelling or using profanity" directed at each other.

The agreement reportedly came just after Renner told a U.S. Weekly that he was afraid that Pacheco would attempt to leave the country with their daughter Ava. In her divorce filling, Pacheco alleged that Jeremy had stolen her passport and asked him to return it.

Pacheco met Renner while working as a stand-in on the set of “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" in 2011. The two secretly married in January 2014. However, Pacheco filed for divorce only ten months after the marriage.

Renner, who also played the role of Hawkeye in Marvel's "Avengers," is currently preparing for the release of “The Avengers: Age of Ultron,” which is scheduled to be released in March 2015.
