President Joe Biden was caught using foul language Wednesday during his Florida trip.

Biden was heard saying "No one f---s with a Biden" during a conversation with Fort Myers Beach Mayor Ray Murphy.

Biden made the comment in a hot mic moment while surveying damage from Hurricane Ian.

Murphy dismissed any concerns that the comment might being aggressive and pointed out that it was just a candid moment between the two men.

"It was not directed at anybody. It was just two guys talking. It didn't faze me one bit," Murphy said in a phone interview with NBC News. "That's just the way two guys talk to each other from our respective backgrounds.

Murphy noted that this was his first time meeting with Biden and that the two share a lot in common.

"It was one thing after another," he said of similarities between himself and Biden. "We familiarized ourselves with each other. And to me, that was great."

"We're both Irish Catholics. We're both devout Catholics. But every once and a while a little salty language comes out," Murphy said.

Biden and Gov. Ron DeSantis both addressed the storm damage and the clean-up efforts.

Biden shared hope that the state would be able to rebuild after the storm. Some reports estimate that there was $75 billion in damages.

"The key here is building back better and stronger to withstand the next storm," Biden said. "You can't go back to what it was before -- you got to build back better, because we know more is coming."
