Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Baldwin, are still in the honeymoon phase of their marriage as the couple was recently spotted making out in New York City.

To celebrate their first Valentine's Day as a married couple, Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 22, had a spa day at Aire Ancient Baths in Tribeca. An onlooker told Us Weekly that the couple locked lips in the "warm relaxation bath." Bieber and his wife apparently weren't the only lovebirds getting some self-care on Feb. 14 as the source said there was a lot of “of other young model-y couples there at the same time.”

Bieber and Baldwin's latest sighting comes just five months after their secret wedding in a New York City courthouse in September last year. But although their relationship seems to be going strong and the two are enjoying newlywed bliss, the "Sorry" singer has also been dealing with some personal issues, including anxiety and depression.

Earlier this month, an insider told Us Weekly that the singer has been consulting with several doctors and seeking treatment for his personal struggles. However, the source explained that he is "not in rehab."

“He sees a therapist, but he’s not in a special center or anything," the source said. "He doesn’t want to be dependent on medication. He struggles with ups and downs, anxiety, depression and uncertainty about the future.”

Another source explained that Bieber and Baldwin do not have any relationship problems, and the issues the singer has is only personal. In fact, the model, who previously dated him for several months in 2015 and 2016, has been giving her new husband a lot of support and love.

Bieber's anxiety and other "big issues" reportedly make it difficult for him to function normally on a daily basis. It's gotten to a point that, according to the insider, he has become very "reliant" on Baldwin.

In his first joint interview with his wife, Bieber talked about his depression, revealing that his 2017 "Purpose" tour was an especially difficult time for him. He had to cancel the last 14 shows of the tour.

“I haven’t talked about this, and I’m still processing so much stuff that I haven’t talked about,” he said. “I was lonely. I needed some time.”

The Canadian-born singer revealed that he took Xanax and became dependent on the drug when things got hard. "Drugs put a screen between me and what I was doing. It got pretty dark,” Bieber said in Vogue's March cover story. “I think there were times when my security was coming in late at night to check my pulse and see if I was still breathing.”
