Kate Middleton had no photos of her royal husband Prince William when she was just a teenager.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's 2010 interview has resurfaced, showing them opening up about their relationship. When the couple were still attending Marlborough College as teenagers, there were rumors that Middleton had a picture of Prince William on her wall. The duchess was asked about it in the interview, but she denied it.

"He wishes," Middleton joked (via Express). "I had the Levi guy on my wall, not a picture of William."

In the same interview, the couple shared what their relationship went through before their royal wedding in 2011. According to them, they split for a short while. Middleton confessed that it hadn't been easy for her, but it made her stronger.

"I think I at the time wasn't very happy about it, but actually it made me a stronger person," Middleton said about their breakup. "You find out things about yourself that maybe you hadn't realised. Or I think you can get quite consumed by a relationship when you are younger."

The royal mom of three also shared her awkward reaction when she met Prince William for the first time. According to her, she couldn't help but blush.

"I actually went bright red when I met you and scuttled off feeling very shy about meeting you," Middleton told Prince William about their first meeting. "William wasn't there for quite a bit of the time initially, he wasn't there from Fresher's Week, so it did take a bit of time for us to get to know each other. But we did become very close friends from quite early on."

On the other hand, Prince William couldn't recall their first meeting. According to the duke, he would have "wrack his brains" to remember it.

Prince William and Middleton are not as tactile as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. According to a body language expert, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a high compatibility that they don't need to show their affection in public.

"They are absolute best friends, they are in the companionate stage of the relationship and have a strong tested love. They don’t have to do soppy eyes at each other, they don't have to touch each other every second," Tracey Cox explained. "They have got high compatibility, whereas Meghan and Harry they are still getting to know each other."
