Kate Middleton's week will quite be different this time.

According to Ainhoa Barcelona, a journalist for Hello!, the Duchess of Cambridge may be emotional this week because two of her children are going back to school. Prince George will start his new term at Thomas's Battersea on Thursday. On the other hand, 3-year-old Princess Charlotte will go back to Willocks Nursery on Wednesday.

Middleton is expected to accompany her kids as they settle into their new class. Prince William and Middleton will reportedly drop Prince George on his first day of school. The duchess was supposed to escort her eldest son last year, but she didn't make it due to severe morning sickness as she was still expecting Prince Louis at that time.

Although Middleton was not present, Prince William was there for Prince George. The father and son even posed for the tot's first day of school portrait. In the snap, Prince George appeared smart and confident as he smiled at the camera while holding his dad's hand and placing his other hand in his pocket.

Middleton missed the event, but she remains a doting mom because she always picks or fetches Prince George from school if she has the chance. In fact, she was spotted dropping Prince George to school just days after giving birth to Prince Louis.

"No one really gives Kate a second glance when she does the school drop-off. We have a Victoria's Secret model doing the school run, too, and the dads are far more interested in her!" one insider said.

In related news, Middleton and Prince William's sons Prince George and Prince Louis are likely to be dukes when they get married. Prince William and Prince Harry only received their titles as Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex, respectively after their weddings.

There are still a number of dukedoms available for the younger royals. Charles Kidd, editor of Debrett's Peerage & Baronetage, shared some of the titles that were still available in the runup of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding when fans were speculating what title would be bestowed to Prince William's brother.

"The dukedoms of Cumberland, Albany and Teviotdale are all suspended, meaning there could be claims to those titles," Kidd said.
