Kate Middleton once again sparked rumors about her health after she attended the 73rd Annual BAFTAs with Prince William.

For the engagement, the Duchess of Cambridge donned a white and gold recycled Alexander McQueen gown by Sarah Burton. Middleton first wore the dress for a State Dinner in Malaysia in 2012.

The future queen looked elegant in her gown, but it cannot be denied that she looks as though she has lost a considerable amount of weight. Radar Online described Middleton as looking ultra-thin during the event.

On Twitter, some royal fans also expressed their concerns for the Duchess of Cambridge.

“I don’t mean any offensive feelings but something wrong with my eyes about Prince William’s wife last night, Kate Middleton that I can see she is really too thin. Has she really lost her weight or about the same before?” Twitter user @AndrewN_E_W_S said.

“Kate’s too skinny needs more meat and less show of bones,” Twitter user @Scicario2 said.

Last month, rumors swirled that Prince William is worried about his wife’s plunging weight. A source told Radar Online that Prince George’s mom has been working too much and skipping meals a lot.

“As much as he tries not to nag her, William is gently pointing out it’s time to do something about this bad habit she’s gotten into, particularly as they’re trying for another baby in 2020,” the source said.

Meanwhile, Middleton’s weight has been a topic for discussion throughout the past couple of months. On the online forum site Quora, royal fan Deanna Eppers said that the Duchess of Cambridge isn’t necessarily too skinny. Rather’s there’s a scientific explanation of why she doesn’t seem to gain much weight.

“Ectomorph is long and lean, difficult to put on weight, with many models or ballet dancers having this look to them. Mesomorph is muscular and athletic-looking. Neither skinny nor fat, they are in the middle and often put on muscle quickly. Many athletes are this type,” she said.
