There still hasn’t been any official word from the royal family themselves in terms of an announcement, but that doesn’t mean fans will let go of the idea that Kate Middleton will have a fourth child—and a new report even suggests she could already be pregnant with that baby.

According to Express UK, based on betting odds, it could be very likely that the Duchess of Cambridge will have a fourth child, and it’s become increasingly more likely that the baby would even be born in 2019—meaning the Duchess could already be pregnant.

Bookies Ladbrokes stated that odds were currently at 5/2 that Middleton would announce a pregnancy in 2019, and 10/1 that she would give birth.

Alex Apati of the betting agency told the website earlier that it was possible she was going to get pregnant because the royal family could be experiencing a case of “baby fever.”

“Baby fever may well hit the Royal Family this year with the Duchess of Cambridge the latest name to be linked with a 2019 pregnancy,” he said.

Middleton herself seemed to further the notion of baby fever by admitting at an event that it was “a special time” for everyone to have kids, especially since the world is waiting for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s first child together, which is due in a couple of months.

Sources also previously stated that Middleton could want to honor Queen Elizabeth by having four children, as the reigning monarch is a mother of four herself, and that she had always wanted at least three children.

“As one of three, Kate wanted at least three,” sources previously told Express UK. “William was more reluctant, but just because he was one of two, but because George was quite a difficult baby. Then they had Charlotte and she was a lot easier. Now the idea of a newborn doesn’t seem half as challenging.”

Of course, it is also worth noting that Middleton has made several public appearances lately as part of her royal duties and her attire at those events would suggest she is not yet expecting a child. She wore form-fitting gowns at both the BAFTA awards and at the Women in Finance Gala dinner, neither of which showed any traditional signs she could be expecting.

It is also worth noting that Middleton suffered from Hyperemesis gravidarum—an extreme version of morning sickness—during all three of her pregnancies, and the announcements were made early on due to her missing engagements as a result of her condition. If she was currently pregnant with her fourth child, she would likely be suffering through the same condition again. Since she has been attending events, it seems unlikely that she is currently pregnant—though it doesn’t rule out the possibility entirely that she could become so at some point this year.
