Kate Upton has been named the new face of cosmetics giant, Bobby Brown, the duo announced on 'Good Morning America' Friday.

The 21-year-old model replaced Katie Holmes, who was the first celebrity ambassador of the cosmetics brand.

"It's a dream," Brown reportedly told GMA anchor Robin Roberts of working with Upton. "She's not just a woman that's beautiful, because we all know that, but she is smart, she is nice and she creates her own rules. And I love a woman like that."

Upton also reportedly revealed her enthusiasm about getting the opportunity to collaborate with Brown.

"That's why I was so excited to meet Bobbi and be in collaboration with Bobbi Brown. Every day when I'm set with you [Brown], I'm so inspired. And it's all about your energy," she said.

"Everything is about the inner beauty," Upton admitted, adding, "Bobbi possesses that in her brand.”

Shortly after the announcement was made, Brown revealed the news unveiling their first campaign photograph with Upton on Twitter.

"Excited to work w @KateUpton as new face of @BobbiBrown. She's beautiful, confident & creates her own rules," the Brown wrote with a snapshot of the campaign.

Upton also announced the news on her Twitter account and posted a video about their partnership.

Upton, who stars alongside Cameron Diaz in the forthcoming movie “The Other Woman,” slated for an April 25 release, said that the brand was a favorite with her family.

"My mom always used them, we always used them," she told Vogue. "I love their products because they're so light, and I'm such a Florida girl, that it just goes along with my lifestyle."

According to reports, Upton was also named the face of Express last week and is the first celebrity spokesperson to appear for the fashion retailer in the past decade.

The first campaign of the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is slated to release in July.
