Kendall Jenner is celebrating Thanksgiving by reflecting on her experiences this year, revealing that what gets her going despite the rough times is gratitude.

“In this past year I've found it hard to keep my spirits up at times and have struggled a bit with my mental,” the model wrote on Twitter, adding, “What gets me through it is gratitude! Be thankful today for what you have! Sending love.”

Apart from getting candid about her experiences this year, Jenner also took the time to thank fans who expressed their gratitude and showed their support following her revelation. The reality star replied to a follower, “I am grateful to have you!”

“Your support means the world,” Jenner replied to another supporter.

Although the Kardashian-Jenner family has yet to reveal how they celebrated Thanksgiving, their social media posts prove that they had a blast. It would seem that Jenner reunited with her sisters Kylie and Kourtney Kardashian for dinner.

Avid fans of Jenner would know that the stunner has always been open about her mental health struggles. In the past, the model candidly spoke about experiencing a panic attack.

"I was really, really young and I remember not being able to—feeling like I couldn't breathe and venting to my mom and being like, ‘Mom, I feel like I can't breathe. Something must be wrong,'" Jenner recalled during an appearance on “Good Morning America.”

"And she of course took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure that I was okay physically, and I was. No one ever told me that I had anxiety," she added.

In May, Jenner opened up about how the pandemic has affected her mental health, revealing that there were good days when she would be “super productive.” However, on days when she doesn’t have much to do, she gets anxious.

“To calm myself down I usually read a book or meditate, or even sit outside and enjoy nature or something. I’m off and on,” Jenner said.

The model also shared that she is constantly trying to get through her bad days and find “remedies.”
