  • A report has detailed two new sexual assault allegations against Kevin Spacey
  • One incident allegedly involved a 20-something production assistant of “House of Cards”
  • The other involved a young actor, who was allegedly invited by Spacey to his hotel room

New sexual harassment allegations against Kevin Spacey have come to light amid his legal battle with Media Rights Capital.

A confidential arbitration between the Hollywood actor and the media company that used to be his employer when he was still starring on “House of Cards” revealed two sexual harassment incidents involving Spacey, 61, and two much younger men, according to The Hollywood Reporter. One of the men was a production assistant on Spacey’s previous television show.

Spacey performed a very questionable gesture back in September 2012 when the PA was still 20-something, as per the media outlet. At the time, he injured one of his hands while filming promotional material for the first season of the Netflix series.

The PA was asked to drive Spacey to a nearby hospital. While they were on their way there, the veteran actor allegedly groped the PA, who later disclosed Spacey’s behavior to a superior.

Another incident that was brought up in the arbitration involved a young actor who wanted to audition for a later season of the series. The aspiring star, whose identity was not disclosed, was allegedly invited by Spacey to his Santa Monica hotel room to discuss a part, according to Page Six.

Multiple sources familiar with the matter revealed that Spacey found a way to get what he wanted after the young actor refused his proposal. Spacey drove the actor to the Getty Center when it was closed and empty and began groping him.

The young actor managed to escape by telling Spacey that he needed to go to the bathroom. He allegedly snuck out and managed to hail an Uber. What’s interesting is that the young actor did get a part on the show and even appeared in several episodes after the ordeal.

Spacey was sued by Media Rights Capital in 2019, with the latter claiming that the actor’s misconduct ruined the show’s monetary value ever since the sexual assault allegations against him surfaced in 2017. Thus, the company is seeking tens of millions in damages from the actor.

Apart from the Media Rights Capital case, Spacey is also facing a number of lawsuits and criminal sexual assault allegations from multiple men in New York, Los Angeles and even London.

Spacey, who was abruptly fired from “House of Cards” amid the controversy despite playing the protagonist, has repeatedly denied the sexual assault allegations made against him.
