Khloé Kardashian is slowly making progress after her highly emotional split from Tristan Thompson. In a social media message to her fans, the reality TV star shared an update about her mental health and said that she is healing after the breakup.

“I’m happy, hurting and healing at the same time,” Kardashian wrote on social media.

The reality star asked her fans not to ask her how she is feeling all these conflicting emotions at the same time, but Khloe assured everyone that this is a positive development. “I’m so proud of myself,” she wrote.

Kardashian broke up with Thompson after it was revealed that he was cheating on her with family friend Jordyn Woods. While the athlete hasn’t addressed the issue publicly, Woods has confirmed that he kissed her at a party, though the model has denied being intimate with Thompson.

A source close to Kardashian previously told People that the reality TV star is disappointed with the way things turned out with Thompson, but she is moving on and keeping her head high.

Woods was actually best friends with Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner, but she was also very close to the other family members. Woods has also collaborated with Jenner on a business project.

A preview clip from an upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” which was filmed before the cheating scandal, shows Kardashian praising her sister Jenner and her friend Woods for being best friends through thick and thin. In her toast, she also said that her hard working sister’s new project will be a success.

Kardashian has a huge support system that should help her to heal and recover soon. Apart from her sisters, she also has her mother Kirs Jenner and grandmother Mary Jo Campbell to lean on.

In a recent post on Instagram, Kardashian shared an interaction between her mother and grandmother. In the post, she wrote that she is thankful to be surrounded by “so many amazing mothers” in her life.
