Khloé Kardashian seems to be bucking any stigma surrounding a purported “Kardashian Curse” by openly embracing her relationship with members of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 33-year-old reality TV star was spotted hugging NBA superstar LeBron James in the parking lot of Universal Studios’ Friday night with her beau and James' Cavs teammate Tristan Thompson.

Video obtained by TMZ and published Tuesday showed Kardashian embracing James and several other individuals at the valet stand following an evening at the theme park's "Halloween Horror Nights."

Other high-profile celebrities had joined the group as well, as her older sister Kourtney Kardashian, who was glimpsed briefly in the minute-long clip. Witnesses told TMZ that Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook was also among the star-studded gathering.

“After the big night out, the group said their goodbyes at the valet stand -- with LeBron and Tristan sharing one of their famous dancing handshakes before going their separate ways,” TMZ reported.

Khloé Kardashian and her 26-year-old boyfriend Thompson have been dating since August 2016. While it was reported by ESPN that Cavs' management was initially concerned with Thompson’s decision to become involved with the reality star — and perhaps by proxy, her famous family — the team’s management are now “almost amused” by their union.

Talk of any rumored “Kardashian Curse” — or the apparent career ruin of former boyfriends of the famous sisters, Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom among them — has dogged the couple since they went public with their relation, but Kardashian dismissed any rumor of a “Kardashian Curse” herself.

Responding to a critic on Twitter in May, she wrote, “Only stupid people believe stupid rumors. Please don't give me that much power.”

For her part, Khloé Kardashian said that she’d ultimately like to have a family with her NBA boyfriend, and the two have reportedly discussed their future together.

“I would love to have a family [with Thompson],” Kardashian told ES Magazine earlier this year. “We’ve talked about it. He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father. I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, ‘The clock is ticking.’ I feel in my soul it will happen.”
