Kim Kardashian is asking President Donald Trump to not execute Brandon Bernard and let him serve his sentence in prison.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star took to Twitter to express her support for Bernard, 40. She asked for the POTUS' consideration to change Brandon's fate who is scheduled to be executed Thursday.

"Brandon Bernard, a 40-year-old father is going to be executed tomorrow by our federal government. Having gotten to know Brandon, I am heartbroken about this execution. I’m calling on @realDonaldTrump to grant Brandon a commutation and allow him to live out his sentence in prison," Kardashian tweeted.

In a separate post on Twitter on Nov. 30, the 40-year-old reality star wrote that it was a terrible case because "Bernard is going to be executed for a crime he participated as a teenager."

Kardashian's tweet received mixed responses from the netizens. Many disagreed while some supported her call to save Bernard from execution.

"What about the people he got the death sentence for? Have you spoke to that family? You love playing god. Would you fight for OJ if he was on death row like he should have been? An injustice to the victims. Carry on then," one commented.

"Give it a rest Kim. He knew right from wrong, and at 18..he IS an adult. He made the conscious decision to murder these two people, who did nothing to him, who was he to play God&end THEIR lives. Him&everyone else that commit senseless crimes like this need to be held accountable," another added.

"He helped murder a pastor and his wife!? You can’t be serious!? Smdh," a third user wrote.

However, several agreed with Kardashian noting that death penalty is not the answer.

"Yet the actual murder is not on death row," one wrote.

"So we should murder him in response. Death penalty makes no f---ing sense," another commented.

"No person is incapable of changing," a third user added.

Kardashian has been working with Trump for prison sentencing reform. The reality star said she received several warnings against it because many didn't want her to be associated with Trump.

Meanwhile, "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic also penned a letter to Kardashian asking her to help him get a presidential pardon from President Trump. He assured Kardashian that if she would help him, no one would know.
