Kourtney Kardashian clawed her way back into the family spotlight Sunday as the season finale of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" showed her literally pulling her second child out during birth.

Penelope Scotland Disick was born on July 8, and the birth was shown two and half months later. The reality star used the same bold technique giving birth to her son Mason Disick on Dec. 14, 2009.

After her daughter's head began to emerge, Kardashian asked the doctor if it would be okay if she grabbed her.

"Oh my goodness," was all Kardashian muttered as she literally brought her own daughter into the world and then cradled her on her chest.

"It's such a magical feeling to say hello to my baby girl," Kardashian cooed after the birth.

Though some "KUWTK" fans were disgusted, writing on Twitter that it was "creepy" and "gross," family members seem unfazed.

Father Scott Disick almost appeared to be rolling his eyes as his longtime girlfriend was getting ready to pull their daughter out herself.

Originally Kardashian was planning an at-home birth, but then changed her mind after attending one when the mother sounded like she was in agony. The reality TV socialite instead opted to give birth in the hospital again, and it resulted in another peaceful self-delivery.

Sister Khloe quipped to the camera: "Kourtney just loves to pull out her own children."

"It doesn't get better than this," grandmother Kris Jenner told the cameras.

During the show, Kardashian took to Twitter and posted: "Wow! Crazy to watch this! Magical."

Meanwhile, sister Kim Kardashian has reportedly decided to freeze her eggs now that she is 31 and sister Khloe has also decided to undergo fertility treatments so she can become pregnant.

"I am not ovulating," Khloe told her family. "I now have to be put on a chemical to spark some chemical to make my body release an egg."
