  • Khloe Kardashian said she had a nose job
  • Kim recently came under fire for allegedly retouching her waist in a TikTok video
  • "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" aired their finale on June 11

The second part of the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reunion aired Sunday and Kim Kardashian addressed accusations of promoting unrealistic body types.

When Andy Cohen, who hosted both parts of the reunion special, asked the Kardashians-Jenners if they promoted "unrealistic body standards," Kim replied, "No, I don't. Because I think we get up, we do the work, we work out." She gave credit to their workout sessions for achieving the body image.

Kendall Jenner also chimed in, "We all really enjoy taking care of ourselves and being healthy."

"I think if anything, the only thing we're trying to represent is just being the most healthy version of yourself," the 25-year-old model added.

Earlier this month, a new commercial posted on TikTok for Kim's underclothing company, Skims, had gone viral. Online users pointed out that the video seemed heavily edited around Kim's waist. A spokesperson for the company later clarified that it was a quality glitch and no editing was done.

During the reunion, Khloe Kardashian admitted that she went through a nose job but no Botox treatment.

"I've had one nose job… I've done, sure, injections. Not really Botox, I responded horribly to Botox," she shared. "Everyone gets so upset, like, why don't I talk about it? No one's ever asked me. You're the first person in an interview that's ever asked me about my nose."

The 36-year-old also revealed that she was the most confident person in the family. However, when the family first started filming the show in 2007, she was often compared with her sisters Kim and Kourtney.

"The Perez Hiltons and all those blogs of the time… I think that's when I started to be hard on myself, because I was like, 'Oh, this is how other people perceive me,'" she recalled. "But my whole life, I had never looked at myself like that."

"We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes and I was told, by so many different stylists… not to worry, because I would be in the background anyway," she added.

Khloe slammed a hater earlier this month for comparing her looks to that of an "alien" on social media. She often gets trolled on social media for her ever-changing looks.

Last week, Scott Disick came forward to slam a hater for trolling Khloe on Instagram. When a user asked, "Who is she?!" in the comments section, Disick replied, "Who isn't she? That's the question!"
