Kylie Jenner may be heading down a path of destruction as she seemingly continues to enhance her face with plastic surgery. Jenner revealed her apparent new face Tuesday when she was out with a friend in Calabasas, California.

Jenner, 20, is barely out of her teens, but famously copped up to getting lip injections. Her latest pictures showed puffy cheeks, which led some to accuse her of getting cheek implants and face fillers.

Twitter users debated the veracity of possible new surgeries.

Jenner didn't immediately respond to the cheek implant and fillers rumor.

"It looks like Kylie has received fillers to her lips and cheeks," Norman Rowe, a New York City plastic surgeon, told International Business Times Thursday. "I don't think that she has had cheek implants. If I'm correct, then that may be good news, because, if it's filler, it will dissipate in less than a year.

"I think that anyone, young or otherwise, they have to make sure that they know what they are getting, the side effects and the downtime. They must also do their homework about the doctor doing the procedure and make sure that he/she is a board certified plastic surgeon," Rowe added.

Jenner initially denied getting lip injections, chalking it up to good lighting and makeup. The beauty mogul, however, did eventually confirmed that she benefitted from lip fillers on an episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

"I have temporary lip fillers," Jenner said May 2015. "It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do."

Jenner didn't confirm the reason behind her lip fillers until September 2017. She explained on a Sunday episode of "Life with Kylie" that the insecurity was heightened after her first kiss.

"I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips," Jenner said. "I have really small lips. And it was like one of my first kisses and a guy was like, 'I didn't think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips.' I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me."

Even though Jenner only confirmed that her noteworthy pout was enhanced, the general public was widely unconvinced. Some claimed she also had her nose, breasts, butt and hips improved with the help of a plastic surgeon.

FDA-approved facial fillers have been used by women over 40 since the 1980s. Several absorbable dermal fillers, however, have been approved for lip and cheek augmentations in patients 21 and over. Women seeking surgical filler can be as young as 19.

The low age limit for such procedures has made it trendy for people in their twenties to acquire. Many young people, like Jenner, have succumbed to utilizing botox and face filler to maintain their youthful appearances. Jenner, whether she may realize it, has inspired many young women to go under the knife to get her trademark pout.

"Girls in my office have repeatedly said, 'I want lips like Kylie Jenner's,'" Rowe told Cosmopolitan in 2016.

Soft tissue filler procedures, which Jenner has allegedly utilized, increased to 2.4 million a year in 2015. It's one of the top procedures performed by plastic surgeons as it beats breast augmentation, tummy tucks, nose reshaping and liposuction.
