‘Lucifer’
Tom Ellis will reprise his role as Lucifer in “Lucifer” Season 3. FOX

“Lucifer” Season 2 will go on a long winter break after episode 13, titled “A Good Day to Die.” In the episode, a very concerned Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) will try to figure out a way to help cure Chloe Decker’s (Lauren German) shocking condition.

In “Lucifer” Season 2, episode 12, titled “Love Handles,” Lucifer confronted Chloe about his father’s involvement in her birth. He asked her if she had any idea that she was sent to Earth to cross paths with Lucifer, but before he could get an answer, he saw that Chloe’s nose had started bleeding profusely.

In the promo for episode 13, Chloe is confined at the hospital, looking very weak. Lucifer will also get into a fight with Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) in the upcoming episode. God tasked Amenadiel to bless Chloe’s parents with a baby, and he did as he was told. Lucifer pushes Amenadiel against the wall to ask why he decided to keep this important information a secret from him. The latter clarifies that God only used him as a pawn for his plans.

Elsewhere in the clip, Lucifer opens the door to a room that looks exactly like the Hell he grew up in. When he enters, he says hello to a man whose face is not directly shown on screen. Lucifer asks the man if he still remembers him, and the unknown character has a scared look on his face.

After these episodes, “Lucifer” Season 2 will return to FOX with new episodes on May 1. Episode 14, titled “Candy Morningstar,” may introduce a new character by the name of Candy. Episode 15, titled “Deceptive Little Parasite,” is rumored to focus on Chloe’s daughter, Trixie (Scarlett Estevez). Meanwhile, episode 16, titled “God Johnson,” is rumored to feature the arrival of Lucifer’s dad, God Johnson (Timothy Omundson).

“Lucifer” Season 2, episode 13 will air on FOX on Jan. 30 at 9 p.m. EST.
