A 44-year-old man broke into a Seattle building and collapsed into a sugar coma after hogging chocolates worth almost $200.

The man sneaked inside a downtown office on Oct. 3 and took the elevator up to the financial services office. An employee in the office, at that time, witnessed the break-and-enter and hid from the man.

A bowl full of luxury chocolates hidden behind a painting caught the man's attention. The hiding witness saw the man gobble down the sweets and in the middle of the sugar rush, he took a nap.

When the security arrived at the office, they saw the man sprawled out on the office couch with his shoes, jacket and watch stripped off.

"You’ll have to kill me to take me to jail," the man was heard yelling when security tried to get him off the couch.

He was arrested on suspicion of burglary, malicious mischief and two other warrants, reported Insider. He was booked into the King County Jail.

In an almost similar incident, CCTV footage captured a dog casually walking into a supermarket and fleeing with a bag of coconut donuts. He was later welcomed by the store employees when he visited again.
