“Married at First Sight” alums Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner have been happily married since meeting at the altar in 2014, but they have faced struggles when it comes to growing their family. Jamie revealed Friday that she suffered another miscarriage.

The reality star was excited to go to her first official ultrasound at 10 weeks pregnant last week. However, according to her Instagram post, the doctor’s appointment revealed that the baby stopped growing. Jamie had a “failed miscarriage,” meaning the amniotic sac was growing but the baby wasn’t. She took medication to help her body speed up the process.

Jamie said husband Doug was a rock for her during this difficult time. “My hubby was by my side for every.single.moment [sic] of the stabbing pains and runs to the bathroom. I don’t know what I did to deserve such a loving, kind, thoughtful man but I am so, so thankful for you, @doughehner,” she wrote with a heart emoji.

The “Wifey 101” author also thanked her followers for their kindness. “Thank you all again for so much support,” she added. “The love you are sending our way is palpable. We appreciate each and every one of you. We love you guys and are so thankful to know you are thinking of us and praying for us right now. It means more than you’ll ever know.”

Jamie and Doug suffered another miscarriage in 2016. The “Unfiltered” host was four months along when she lost the baby. She was very open about her grieving process, which included naming the child Jonathan.

The couple welcomed daughter Henley Grace Hehner in 2017. She became the first of several “Married at First Sight” babies.
