Meghan Markle is not slowing down when it comes to her royal duties.

According to Katie Harris, a journalist for Express, the pregnant Duchess of Sussex has attended more royal engagements than her sister-in-law Kate Middleton last month. In fact, Markle’s number of royal duties was more than double than the Duchess of Cambridge’s. Prince Harry’s wife attended 11 engagements in January. On the other hand, Middleton only completed four.

Among Markle’s engagements were her official visits to her royal patronages animal charity Mayhew, the National Theatre, the Association of Commonwealth Universities and women’s charity Smart Works. Markle also joined Prince Harry in Birkenhead.

The couple also enjoyed a night out when they went to see Cirque du Soleil’s Totem, which was an aid to the Duke of Sussex’s charity, Sentebale. During the outing, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex packed on some PDA as they were caught on camera locking their fingers together. However, according to body language expert Judi James, the act was “sweetly choreographed.”

Meanwhile, netizens expressed their concern for the royal prince online because Prince Harry didn’t look very happy during the outing. One netizen felt that Prince William’s brother looked like he was “annoyed.”

On the other hand, Middleton made her first royal engagement last month sans Prince William by visiting the King Henry’s Walk Community Garden in Islington. During her visit, she bonded with kids by making pizza. Middleton also revealed that her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte would be jealous because the two royals love making pizzas, too.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were last seen together at the end of the month when they visited Scotland to officially open the V&A Dundee. At the gathering, Middleton delivered a speech to celebrate the new museum.

Middleton and Markle are often compared and the netizens noticed that the Duchess of Cambridge has not leveled up when it comes to her royal duties. A number of Twitter users were disappointed that after eight years Middleton has accomplished too little compared to her sister-in-law, Markle, who just became part of the royal family eight months ago.

One netizen felt that Middleton was stuck on year one and was not at the level she would expect the duchess to be. Another user called Middleton “duchess do little” for accomplishing so little.
