Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at a polo match with an accessory similar to Pippa Middleton's.

On Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at an annual fundraising polo match. Markle wore a stunning denim dress by Carolina Herrera. However, many noticed that her bag was familiar.

Daily Star shared photos of Markle carrying a neutral clutch from J. Crew. The item is currently on sale and retails between $57.66 and $81.25.

Pippa was first seen using the J.Crew bag at Wimbledon. Kate Middleton's sister was photographed carrying the same bag when she watched a match with her husband, James Matthews.

Prior to Prince Harry and Markle's royal wedding, one source suggested that Markle's wedding gown will likely be more similar to Pippa's dress than Kate's. According to Tracey Lea Sayer, fashion director of The Sun, Markle's gown would be "way cooler than Kate or Pippa in a slick, red carpet, Hollywood sort of way that Brits just can't seem to do." However, she thinks that the gown is "likely to be more Pippa than Kate."

Markle's Givenchy wedding gown designed by Clare Waight Keller made headlines following her big day as many find it too similar to Jennifer Lopez's dress in her 2011 film "The Wedding Planner." To make the matter worse, Emilia Wickstead claimed that the bridal gown was similar to her designs and even shared a side-by-side photo of the two gowns.

"Her dress is identical to one of our dresses. Apparently, a lot of commentators were saying, 'It's an Emilia Wickstead dress," Wickstead posted on Twitter.

The designer also criticized the fitting of Markle's gown. "If you choose a simple design the fit should be perfect. Her wedding dress was quite loose," Wickstead continued.

Following Wickstead's ranting on Twitter, her account was suspended. A number of netizens also called her "unprofessional." Some advised her to take her complaints to Givenchy instead of pouring her heart out on social media.

"The Duchess of Sussex looked absolutely beautiful on her wedding day and I have the utmost admirable and respect for her," she wrote. "I do not think that her wedding dress was a copy of any of our designs. I have the greatest respect for Clare Waight Keller and the House of Givenchy - a huge source of inspiration to me."
