Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently enjoyed a short vacation for New Year.

According to Daily Mail, the engaged couple flew out of Heathrow on New Year's Eve. They flew to Nice and then took a quick visit via helicopter flight to Monaco.

A source told the publication that Prince Harry and the "Suits" star arrived at the state on Dec. 31, met up with friends and partied like tycoons. There are speculations that Prince Harry and Markle's group included Prince Albert and his wife, Princess Charlene.

"Monte Carlo is party central at this time of the year and the word is that the British Royals really enjoyed themselves," the insider said. "What's certain is that they were partying like tycoons on New Year's Day. Fun around Monaco is never understated, and always costs a fortune."

Prince Harry and Markle's trip was kept private as possible, but they were accompanied by three bodyguards on their flight to Nice. They took an economy flight as there was no first class available. Then they boarded helicopters for the seven-minute flight to Monte Carlo.

Prince Harry and Markle's private flight to Monte Carlo was an upgrade from their economy trip to Nice where the couple reportedly sat beside the toilets. They spent two nights in the principality and were spotted boarding the helicopters on Tuesday morning.

In related news, as Prince Harry and Markle's royal wedding nears, many believe that the couple won't sign a prenup agreement. This is possible as his brother, Prince William, and dad, Prince Charles, both did not sign one.

"Harry will be guided by his father, the Prince of Wales and his brother - neither had prenups," Kim Aucott told Express. "Even after Charles' horrific divorce with Diana, he chose not to take out a prenup. He will be guided by family, despite advisors around him saying you should think about this."

Julian Hawkhead, a U.K.-based family law attorney also believed the same thing. "No I don't think they will," Hawkhead said about Prince Harry and Markle getting a prenup agreement. "If there was any drive to do so it would have come from the senior members of the royal family."

At the time, Prince Harry and Markle are believed to be back in the palace. The couple is reportedly leading their wedding preparations and will be busy in the coming days.
