Meghan Markle is whining too much and should get a better sense of reality.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been plagued with various issues from taking four private flights in 11 days despite being eco-warriors to their obsession with privacy. The couple was also attacked for wearing their hearts on their sleeves following their emotional interview in an ITV documentary.

Piers Morgan reacted to Markle’s interview and said that the former “Suits” star was whining too much. The TV presenter urged Prince Harry’s wife to focus on her duties instead.

“I think she’s an actress whining too much. I say that with great respect. But the most successful members of the royal family, the queen, the queen’s mother, the most beloved always understood, you never explain, you never complain, you do your duty and everyone loves you,” Morgan told Us Weekly.

“The moment you start yapping away moaning about everything, people go, ‘Hang on, you’re living at our expensive palaces, with servants.’ So maybe get a better sense of reality.”

While Piers urged Markle to stop whining, some felt that she was only playing victim for the media. In the documentary, Markle said that she was not okay and shared that not too many asked her how she was doing when she was pregnant. She also admitted that she tried to adjust with the royal’s stiff upper lip, but she felt that this approach was damaging. One online user on Quora said that she had little sympathy for the duchess because compared to her, Markle has a loving husband and the Queen supports her. Also, she has access to the best nannies and premium baby showers.

Meanwhile, Ronn Torossian, crisis expert and CEO of 5WPR, praised Prince Harry and Markle’s interview. According to him, it was a wonderful job of showing the public that they are people, too. However, their efforts remain in vain because while the American media and social media have a sympathetic reaction, the British tabloids have not soften their coverage about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
