Meghan Markle told a friend days after meeting Prince Harry that the royal “was a catch.“

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s romance was publicized in 2016. According to English TV host Lizzie Cundy, she immediately messaged the former “Suits” star after learning that she’s romantically linked to Prince Harry and they agreed that the royal prince “was a catch.“

“When I heard about Harry ‘I said what a catch’ and she said ‘yeah I know!’” Cundy told Fabulous Digital.

She added that they both had breakups and a bit of past. Markle was asking a lot about her experiences and added that the duchess wanted kids and wouldn’t mind an English guy.

“People are saying she’s a social climber, but you want to be someone people look up to and you are proud to be on the arm of. But I think good for her, she’s had the catch of the century,” she continued.

“[We chatted] a bit about Vancouver that it was so away from everything and there wasn’t much to do there. That’s why she loved London. I could see the stars in her eyes.”

Last Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex held Archie’s baptism. They kept the event private and didn’t even announce the child’s godparents. However, they released two photos from the event.

Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince William and Kate Middleton were present. However, Queen Elizabeth II was missing. According to an insider, it was the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s fault because they set the date without checking the other royals’ calendar.

Initially, they set the baptism last Friday but found out that both Queen Elizabeth II and the Prince of Wales couldn’t make it due to prior engagements. So, they rescheduled it and moved the date to Saturday to accommodate Prince Charles.

Queen Elizabeth II still didn’t make it because she already planned her weekend. She was set to spend it with Prince Philip in Scotland. According to an insider, the couple was not accommodating to the Queen.

Meanwhile, according to a body language expert, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were showing signs of stress in the official photos because they looked “stiff.” Also, they were not leaning on each other or to the other members of the family.
