Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s son inherited the duke’s most recognizable feature that is linked to James Hewitt.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very careful when it comes to their son, Archie. They decided to keep Markle’s birthing plan a secret and kept Archie’s baptism private. The royal couple didn’t even reveal their son’s godparents unlike Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Also, there are only very few photos of Archie. An insider recently revealed that Archie inherited his dad’s most recognizable feature.

“He’s a happy baby,” an insider told People. “He has lovely, puffy little legs and tufts of reddish hair. He’s really adorable.”

When Prince Harry and Markle released Archie’s photos taken during his baptism, many noticed that his hair color is ginger like that of Prince Harry and Hewitt’s. This only reignited the paternity rumors claiming that Hewitt is Prince Harry’s biological father.

“Looking at the picture it definitely looks like Archie is showing early signs of being ginger,” Spencer Stevenson, founder of hair loss advisers Spex Hair, told Daily Star Online.

“In the next six months (though) we will 100% be able to confirm as the ginger gene is so strong there will be no way to hide it! It’s very likely the new baby will carry the very strong and distinctive ginger gene despite the fact Meghan has dark hair.”

Jordan Lloyd of Dynamichrome made an educated guess of Archie’s hair color based on the same photos using tonal values. According to him, hair color is a “complex subject” and in his opinion considering Markle’s mixed heritage, “it is fairly unlikely that Archie’s hair will be ginger like Prince Harry’s” because ginger hair is a recessive gene.

Prince Harry and Hewitt’s paternity rumors persist over the years despite their denials. Many insisted that their ginger red hair is enough proof. However, many also said that Prince Harry inherited his hair color from the Spencers because Princess Diana’s brother has the same hair color.

Also according to Stevenson, Prince Harry is actually Prince Charles’ son because they share the same hair loss pattern. The Duke of Sussex is showing early signs of MBP (Male Pattern Baldness) that is also an obvious condition present in Prince Charles and Prince William.
