  • Twitter users have mixed opinions on Melania decorating the White House

Melania Trump is facing another round of criticisms and mockery from her critics over her efforts in decorating the White House.

Melania took to social media to thank those who helped her make the White House as festive as the season. The first lady shared several pictures on Twitter featuring the volunteers as they helped her decorate her and President Donald Trump's current residence.

"This weekend, volunteers from all across America have come to decorate the @WhiteHouse for the holiday season. Thank you for your time, enthusiasm & devotion to make sure the spirit of peace & joy fill the historic rooms & halls of the People’s House! #WHChristmas," she tweeted.

Melania's post immediately received mixed responses from the netizens. Many criticized the FLOTUS, with one asking if some volunteered to help her pack her things. Meanwhile, many also mocked her due to her previous statement saying she didn't care about Christmas but had to do the decorations.

"Did anyone volunteer to help you start packing? @FLOTUS @WhiteHouse," one asked.

"'Who gives a [explicit] about Christmas?' -- Melania trump," one commented.

"Gotta love your commitment to posting photos of workers without masks.... if nothing else, you guys are consistent in your irresponsibility," another added.

"I thought you hated Christmas decorations, birther?" a different netizen commented.

Despite the criticisms, several fans and supporters of the FLOTUS praised her for what she’s been doing in the White House. For them, Melania is doing a great job as the first lady.

"Amazing job as always! America's House during Christmas is beautiful and you always make sure of that! Well done!" one commented.

"You have been a dignified and beautiful First Lady. Ignore the naysayers who are obviously jealous of you and your family," another user added.

"I love it ! keep on tweeting FLOTUS, it's driving the weak minded libs insane," a different netizen tweeted.

Another supporter said the people should give credit to Melania because she never tweeted any ridiculous political stuff while in the White House in the last four years.

It wasn’t the first time Melania was mocked for her efforts for Christmas this year. Earlier, the FLOTUS shared photos of her welcoming the new Christmas tree for the White House and many slammed her due to the leaked recording released by her former advisor and friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, where she was heard saying she didn't care about Christmas stuff and decorations.
