  • Michelle Obama may announce her vice-presidential candidacy soon

Michelle Obama is being encouraged to run for vice president in the upcoming elections.

On Twitter, “Star Wars” star Mark Hamill uploaded a photo of the ex-FLOTUS with a cryptic caption.

“I hope whoever becomes the Democratic presidential nominee will consider @MichelleObama as their running mate,” Hamill wrote.

Hamill, who is one of Donald Trump’s biggest critics, has also been a supporter of Barack and Michelle. His hopeful tweet came months after the ex-FLOTUS said that she doesn’t have any desire to get into politics because it is just not for her.

However, Michelle’s supporters think that there could still be a place for her in the new administration as a vice president.

Hamill isn’t the only person who has been petitioning for Michelle to run for vice president in the upcoming elections. According to The Independent, a growing number of establishments and officials are reportedly considering Sherrod Brown as a late-entry white knight with Michelle as his running mate.

“If you could get to a convention and pick Sherrod Brown, that would be wonderful, but that’s more like a novel. Donald Trump’s presidency is like a horror story, so if you can have a horror story you might as well have a novel,” Steve Cohen said.

As of late, Michelle has not yet expressed her desire to run for vice president. But in January, rumors swirled that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden could also choose the ex-FLOTUS to be his running mate.

Last month, Biden was asked if he would consider appointing Barack for the supreme court, and he said yes. However, Biden is certain that the ex-POTUS won’t do it.

Amid the crowds loud cheering and applause, Biden was asked which Obama was he talking about. And he said that he wants Michelle to be his vice president if he will win in the upcoming elections.

Unfortunately, this won’t happen unless Michelle would agree to run for office soon.
