There’s only three episodes left, “Mistresses” fans, until ABC’s hit summer series concludes its fourth season. But according to the synopsis for episode 11, titled “Fight or Flight,” it doesn’t look like the upcoming installment of the sizzling sudser will be steamy at all. In fact, it sounds a bit dark and dreary.

After telling her ailing mother to pack up her belongings and leave, April (Rochelle Aytes) will spend episode 11 trying to win Marc (Rob Mayes) back. But little does April know that Marc has been performing riffs and stealing kisses from his ex girlfriend during their “break.” (Sounds like a total Ross and Rachel moment if you ask us!) Can Marc and April rekindle their romance? Or was Marjorie (Lynn Whitefield) the straw that finally broke the camel’s back in this relationship?

April and Marc aren’t the only duo in “Mistresses” experiencing problems with their relationship. Karen (Yunjin Kim) is quite furious with her newest nanny when she find out Lydia (Alanna Masterson) had posed as her on an online dating service. (Seriously, Karen, what nanny-finding website are you using so we never have to go through this drama?) The summary for episode 11 reveals Karen will end up giving Lydia the ax, but we have a feeling this won’t be the last time we see this crazed nanny. Better keep a close eye on little Vivian, Karen!

Meanwhile, Harry’s (Brett Tucker) career will take an unfortunate turn when two potential business opportunities go awry. But the loss of a gig can’t hold a candle to the drama Joss (Jes Macallan) is facing. In episode 11, Joss will hunt down the man who killed her friend from her self-defense class hoping to “teach him a lesson.” But will Joss end up being the one getting schooled?

“Mistresses” airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC
