Marin Kitagawa and Wakana Gojou have embarked on a new journey to create beautiful cosplay costumes for Marin, who is obsessed with Shizuku Kuroe from the game "Slippery Girls 2."

Wakana has Marin's measurements and in "My Dress-Up Darling" Episode 3, he will head out to get materials for her costume.

The upcoming episode is titled, "Then Why Don't We?" According to its official synopsis, Wakana and Marin's bond deepens as they spend more time together brainstorming ideas for her dress.

Wakana is delighted because he finally has a friend in school who also happens to be one of the most popular girls.

Meanwhile, Wakana, who is new to the world of anime, video games and cosplay, is serious about delivering the best costume for Marin.

Even Marin is confident that Wakana is sincere about the artform. It will be interesting to see how Wakana's grandfather, a traditional Japanese doll maker, reacts to his grandson exploring cosplay costume design.

"After seeing how passionate Marin is about the things she loves, Wakana decides to help her with making outfits. He decides to help her out in making cosplay for Shizuku Kuroe-tan from the game 'Slippery Girls 2.' They had planned to reconvene later to get the measurements started, but Marin couldn't wait and ends up coming to Wakana's house over the weekend," the official summary of the second episode reads, as per Crunchyroll.

The opening theme of "My Dress-Up Darling" anime is titled, "Sansan Days." It is performed by Spira Spica. Meanwhile, the ending theme song is called "Koi no Yukue" and it's performed by Akari Akase.

The cast of the anime, which is also known as "Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru" in Japan, includes Hina Suguta as Marin Kitagawa, Shoya Ishige as Wakana Gojou, Atsumi Tanezaki as Sajuna Inui, Hina Yomiya as Shinju Inui, Yuka Amemiya as Daia, Rarisa Tago Takeda as Nowa Sugaya, Mai Kanno as Nobara and Akira Sekine as Rune.

Fans in the U.S. can watch "My Dress-Up Darling" Episode 3 online on Funimation and Crunchyroll starting Saturday. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
