A video posted by Nicki Minaj to social media has once again landed the “Black Barbies” rapper in hot water.

On Monday, while spending time in Miami, Florida, Minaj took to Instagram to post a video of a woman on the street yelling at her. In the video, Minaj can be heard asking the lady what she said and laughing as the woman walks away.

While the video may have been harmless fun for Minaj, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Miami) has fired back and said the video is an invasion of the unnamed woman’s privacy. In a statement given to TMZ, a representative for NAMI said, “Nobody would make fun of a cancer patient, and mental illness is an illness like any other.”

TMZ reported that many people in the South Beach Miami claim the woman is mentally ill and is well-known in the area. NAMI isn’t the only one to call out Minaj. Many Twitter users have tweeted their displeasure with the video.

Others have come to the rapper’s defense, saying Minaj may not have know the woman was mentally ill. “[People] just automatically assuming she was laughing at the lady being mentally ill. And how do yall know she is mentally ill? Have you seen her on the streets?” wrote one Instagram user.

In 2015, Minaj came under fire after a video showed her in a Halloween costume, pointing a wand at a woman in a mobility scooter and saying, “Walk! I command you to walk.” Many quickly called out the rapper for the offensive footage. Minaj responded saying the woman was her friend and not disabled.

“Lol. That’s not a disabled person and u know that. Are you that desperate for attention?” she wrote on Twitter. “That’s my friend in a scooter. Have a great day. I surely will.”
