Orochi passed the verdict against Kozuki Oden and his samurai squad. For Oden’s act of rebellion against the Shogun, he and his squad are sentenced to death by boiling. In "One Piece" Episode 973, Oden proposes a crazy idea to Kaido just before his execution.

The official preview trailer for "One Piece" Episode 973 is out. Oden and his clan face public execution by boiling. However, Oden does his best to ensure the survival of Wano. He wants Kaido and Orochi to set whatever time limit they like and if any of the prisoners survive inside the boiling pot, they will be set free.

Kaido will accept Oden’s proposal and it will be interesting to see who will survive in the boiling cauldron.

In the last episode, the decisive battle between Kaido and Oden begins. Oden is clearly outnumbered by Kaido’s massive army of fighters. He and his clan fight valiantly against Kaido, Queen, and several other beasts.

Kaido goes after Oden in his dragon form. Oden charges at him with everything he got. Kaido ridicules him and wonders if just the 11 of them can defeat this many troops. Oden declares all he wants to do is severe his head as he attacks with Paradise Waterfall.

However, Kaido is able to counter the attack and throws away the opponent with sheer force. Despite the intensity of Kaido’s counterattack, Oden rises and fights again.

Later, Kaido and his troops manage to capture Oden and the other 10 samurai warriors and sentence them to death by boiling.
