Royal Caribbean kicked a passenger off one of its cruise ships after she was caught posing for a dangerous selfie.

The woman, whose name has not been released, was aboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, bound for the Caribbean. Another passenger, identified as Peter Blosic, spotted the woman climbing over the railing and moving out to a small perch on the ship’s starboard side. She is then seen taking her phone out and taking selfies of herself before climbing back behind the railing.

“Just witnessed this on Allure. What an absolute idiot. You cannot fall off of a ship unless you are acting like a moron!” Bosic wrote after posting the picture on social media. The picture has since spread around online, though the original was pulled.

“Sitting, standing, laying or climbing on, over or across any exterior or interior railings or other protective barriers, or tampering with ship’s equipment, facilities or systems designed for guest safety is not permitted,” Royal Caribbean’s guest conduct policy reads.

Bosic said he brought the picture to the attention of the ship’s staff and shared it with the captain. Ship security located the woman’s room and spoke to her about the stunt. She was then was kicked off the ship once it arrived in Falmouth, Jamaica.

“Earlier this week on the Allure of the Seas a guest was observed recklessly and dangerously posing for a photo by standing on her stateroom balcony railing with the help of her companion,” manager of corporate reputation Jonathon Fishman told Fox News in a statement. “Security was notified and the guests were later debarked in Falmouth, Jamaica, as a result of their actions and are now banned for life from sailing with Royal Caribbean.”
