Prince Harry is still mourning the death of his late mother, Princess Diana. And during his recent interview, it is evident that he still has some regrets over the Princess of Wales’ passing.

In the book “Harry: A Biography of a Prince,” royal author Angela Levin said that the Duke of Sussex blames himself for Princess Diana’s death because he feels that he failed her.

When he was still very young, Meghan Markle’s husband wanted to protect his mother at all costs, but he was unable to do that. And on the night before Princess Diana’s death, Prince Harry didn’t talk to her on the phone longer than he should have.

“He takes all the blame on things and so he feels it’s his fault that she’s not happy. Well we all know, or most of us know, that you have to find that in yourself and you have to balance it,” Levin said.

In the documentary “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey,” Prince Harry referenced the late Princess Diana a number of times. He said that with every click of the camera, he remembers what his mom went through.

He also said that the way that the media is treating his wife is similar to how Princess Diana was treated when she was still alive. And since Princess Diana’s life ended in death, he vowed to never let Markle experience the same tragedy.

Meanwhile, Markle also dropped a fair share of surprising revelations in the ITV documentary. She said that her British friends talked her out of marrying the Duke of Sussex because the knew that the British tabloids would destroy her life

But the Duchess of Sussex opted to push through with her marriage to Prince Harry because she adores and loves him. True enough, Prince Harry and Markle are being scrutinized for every single thing that they are doing, and they are also being slammed for their statements.
