Prince Harry may have trained in the art of decorum and restraint, but he could also be short-tempered when he is too stressed.

The Duke of Sussex is known for his mental health advocacies, especially for veterans. However, a new royal biography claimed that Prince Harry can get overwhelmed and stressed too.

Prince Charles biographer Robert Jobson recently claimed in his bombshell biography, "Charles At Seventy: Thoughts, Hopes and Dreams," that Meghan Markle's husband suffered a "pre-wedding meltdown." Prince Harry reportedly yelled, "What Meghan wants, she gets," ahead of their big day on May 19, as quoted by Express.

The couple was so stressed that they booked appointments with Ross Barr, a popular "acupuncturist to the stars." The publication added that Markle helped Prince Charles and Prince Harry improve their father-and-son relationship.

"When Meghan met the Prince of Wales, she was bowled over by his gentlemanly charm," a source told Jobson. "She told Prince Harry he was wonderful; welcoming, warm, hard-working, kind and stable. She made it clear that he should appreciate him and bond more."

Markle's "lovely relationship" with the Prince of Wales improved Prince Harry's connection with his father. In fact, the two gentlemen were "closer than ever."

"The wedding was a real turning point," a source told Vanity Fair. "Charles showed so much love towards Harry and Meghan, and I think Harry will be eternally grateful to his papa for stepping in and giving Meghan’s hand in marriage. The bond between them is very close."

Prince Charles and Markle's relationship was so great that the future king has a nickname for the new royal. The first-in-line to the throne reportedly calls his second daughter-in-law "tungsten" because he finds her to be "tough and unbending."

On the other hand, Prince Charles' relationship with Kate Middleton may not be as great. He reportedly felt usurped because his grandchildren, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, spend more time with the Middletons. Prince Charles apparently felt that Michael and Carole Middleton were the favored grandparents.

When Prince Harry and Markle announced that they were expecting, Prince Charles was reportedly overjoyed. According to Richard Kay, this is the Prince of Wales' chance to be the "grandfather he never had himself." In fact, he never minds that the announcement was done ahead of his 70th birthday.

"For the Prince of Wales, the glad tidings have been received with delight. Not even the distinct possibility that Meghan’s pregnancy might yet overshadow his own celebration next month when he marks his landmark 70th birthday has brought so much as a princely murmur," Kay wrote.
